📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
