Space Bloom Group is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. As a Banquet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, has excellent communication skills, and can work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during events and banquets.,Ensure that the banquet area is clean, organized, and ready for guests upon arrival.,Greet and assist guests, providing information about the event and the menu.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure that all event requirements are met.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality at all times.,Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet areas after events.,Stay up-to-date with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service techniques.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

🛠️ Keahlian

Multilingual skills (English and Indonesian) are a plus.Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
