📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Support IT staff in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.,Provide technical support to end-users and departments.,Monitor and report on IT system performance and security.,Assist in the deployment and management of software and hardware.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Provide backup and recovery support for IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and principles.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
