📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing protocols and standards.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare facility.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
