📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement Occupational Health and Safety (K3) programs in accordance with Indonesian regulations and international standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with management to develop and maintain safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to health, safety, and the environment.
• Maintain accurate records of safety and environmental data, including incident reports and training records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (K3) professional, such as SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Professional, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to develop and implement safety and environmental programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and educate employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, and familiarity with safety management software such as SAP or similar.
