📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Perform quality control tests and inspections to verify the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and submit them to the project manager and relevant stakeholders.

• Conduct training and mentoring for junior inspectors and site personnel on quality assurance procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality assurance, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Certification in Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) or similar relevant certifications.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
