📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as a liaison between Chinese-speaking supervisors and local teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Support production activities, including inventory management and quality control.
• Assist in logistics operations, including coordinating with suppliers and managing deliveries.
• Monitor production processes and provide feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with local teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and logistics operations.
• Work with the team to implement and maintain safety protocols in the production facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and quality control processes.
