📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Promoting products and services to potential customers through various marketing channels.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
