📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.,Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.,Report on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular training and development activities for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
