📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
