📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise telesales agents to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement telesales strategies to achieve sales targets.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor telesales agents on product knowledge and sales techniques.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to build trust and loyalty.,Report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
