📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the entire receiving process, from invoice verification to payment processing
- Ensure all transactions are accurate and compliant with financial policies
- Manage and optimize receiving operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Collaborate with luxury hotels and resorts to ensure seamless receiving processes
- Provide training and support to staff to ensure they understand and adhere to financial policies
- Monitor and report on receiving operations to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure all receiving processes are in line with international accounting standards
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance receiving or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
