PT Firdaus Antar is seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Balikpapan. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work, offering flexibility and the best of both worlds.

As a Structural Engineer at PT Firdaus Antar, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the structural integrity of our projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient structures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Prepare detailed structural drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
  • Review and approve structural calculations and reports prepared by junior engineers.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in structural engineering and industry best practices.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical input.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Promote a safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in structural engineering.
  • Proficiency in using structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid Indonesian work permit and ability to work in Balikpapan.
