📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead a team of banquet staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and clients to ensure all event details are met.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure high standards of service and quality are maintained throughout the event.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the event.
  • Prepare and present event reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Train and develop banquet staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during event setup and execution.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in event management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
