📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch objectives and contribute to the overall success of Indonesia Banking.,Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, contributing to the branch's growth.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Represent Indonesia Banking at industry events and conferences, promoting the bank's brand and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the banking industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a branch or a similar role.,Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using financial software and tools.,Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze financial performance.,Familiarity with the banking industry in Indonesia is a plus.
