📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure that it is clear, concise, and easy to understand.
  • Create and maintain a technical writing style guide to ensure consistency and clarity in our technical documentation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the technical documentation process and tools.
  • Mentor and coach junior technical writers to help them develop their skills and grow in their careers.
  • Participate in product development and marketing activities to ensure that the technical documentation supports the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
