📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the store to maintain a professional image.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
