Bloom Silver Pratama is looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct regular HR audits and surveys to improve HR practices.,Provide HR support to managers and employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
