📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of captains and crew members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and provide feedback and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all dealings with clients and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in maritime studies or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the maritime industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid maritime license and certifications as required by the company.
