FORGE Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and be able to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position located in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Supervise and train junior cooks.,Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cook in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality meals.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
