📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to generate leads and close sales.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
