In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 20+ employees, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with branch managers, loan officers, and customer service teams to drive loan growth and customer satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for managing a budget of Rp 500 million and ensuring financial performance meets our targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of 10+ branches in Brebes Kota and Pemalang regions.
• Manage a team of 20+ employees, including branch managers, loan officers, and customer service staff.
• Drive loan growth and customer satisfaction by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage a budget of Rp 500 million and ensure financial performance meets targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for your team.
• Collaborate with the head office and regional teams to achieve our growth objectives.
• Represent Bina Artha Ventura at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in microfinance or banking operations, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of microfinance regulations and best practices.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for meetings and training.
