📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and quality products.
• Monitor and analyze procurement and inventory data using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials are available for production.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain planning.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with procurement and inventory management best practices.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
