Front Office/Receptionist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and billing.
• Handle reservations and bookings, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services to enhance guest experience.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or receptionist role.
• Proficient in using hotel reservation systems like Opera or PMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
