📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to support the construction and operation of hyperscale data centers.
• Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee transportation and warehousing operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align logistics activities with project timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in managing logistics operations for data center or high-tech infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle SCM, or similar.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
