As a Bellman at The Singapore EDITION, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable. In Canggu, Bali, you'll work closely with our team to manage guest requests, coordinate services, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage and coordinate guest requests, including room service, laundry, and concierge services.
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation to and from the airport.
- Maintain a clean and organized guest room, ensuring it is ready for the next guest.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with special events and functions, contributing to a memorable guest experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
