📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software updates.
• Document and maintain IT-related records and inventories.
• Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.
• Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
