📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire receiving process, from invoice verification to payment processing
• Ensure all transactions are accurate and compliant with financial policies
• Manage and optimize receiving operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Collaborate with luxury hotels and resorts to ensure seamless receiving processes
• Provide training and support to staff to ensure they understand and adhere to financial policies
• Monitor and report on receiving operations to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure all receiving processes are in line with international accounting standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance receiving or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
