📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process for electric vehicles (EVs) and other automotive products.
• Ensure all vehicles meet stringent quality and safety standards before delivery.
• Coordinate with technicians and inspectors to resolve any issues identified during the PDI process.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and software, such as Autodesk AutoCAD and SAP, to document and track inspection results.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or concerns related to the PDI process.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on PDI or quality assurance.
• Certification in Automotive Quality Assurance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive standards and regulations, including ISO/TS 16949 and OEM-specific requirements.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software, such as Autodesk AutoCAD and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
