📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the elementary school, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment for students.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive educational program that aligns with national and international standards.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to foster a positive and supportive school culture.
• Oversee curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation to ensure continuous improvement in student learning outcomes.
• Manage and allocate school resources, including budget, staff, and facilities, to support the educational mission.
• Promote and enforce school policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of conduct and discipline.
• Represent the school at community events and meetings, building strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the local community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a school principal or in a leadership role within an educational institution.
