• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resort performance and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor staff on operational best practices and new systems.
• Oversee daily operations, including housekeeping, dining, and front desk services.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality operations, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
• Proven track record of implementing operational strategies that enhance guest experiences and drive business performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Certification in luxury hospitality operations or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
