📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee all engineering and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of manufacturing operations.
• Manage engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular maintenance inspections and repairs to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of machinery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and maintenance teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on manufacturing and maintenance.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and maintenance activities.
