📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
