📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct legal audits and risk assessments to identify potential legal issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments, ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze legal developments, including changes in laws and regulations, and ensure our organization is up-to-date with these changes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees about legal and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure that our organization's business practices are aligned with the law and that we are prepared for any legal challenges that may arise.
• Work closely with our management team to develop and implement our legal strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and regulatory compliance, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, including those related to business and commerce.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
