📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the border checkpoint, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, customs officers, and other stakeholders to maintain the integrity and efficiency of the border crossing.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the security and smooth flow of goods and people.
• Monitor and enforce customs and immigration policies and procedures.
• Manage and supervise a team of border crossing officers, providing training and support as needed.
• Utilize advanced border management software and technology to enhance the efficiency and security of the checkpoint.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on border activities, including security incidents and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with higher-level authorities to address border security challenges and implement strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement, Border Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in border management or a similar role.
• Certification in Border Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of national and international customs and immigration regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using border management software and technology, such as SAP Customs, or similar systems.
• Fluent in English and local languages, especially Indonesian.
• Valid ID card and security clearance.
