In this role, you’ll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent. You’ll organize and lead employee engagement activities, manage our company’s HRIS (Human Resource Information System) using SAP SuccessFactors, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless HR experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Organize and lead employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage HRIS using SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace conditions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs for employees.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure our company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Proven experience in managing HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
