📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient and timely completion of production schedules.
  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and company goals.
  • Oversee the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize costs.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and mentor junior staff to build a strong and skilled production team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory control.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
